Melvin J. Shell holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Phoenix, a Bachelor of Science in Applied Science and Technology (specialization in Radiation Protection) and an Associate of Science in Applied Science and Technology (specialization in Nuclear Engineering Technology) from Thomas Edison State College in Trenton, New Jersey.

Mel is also a member of the American Society of Safety Engineers and is an OSHA Authorized General Industry Outreach Instructor.

Mel is an excellent communicator and relates well to all organizational levels. He takes special pride in using innovative techniques that improve trainee retention and performance. These techniques utilized are based on accelerated learning principles.
